01 / FLEXIBLE SCOPE

By the hour.

Routine cleaning: $50 / cleaner-hour
Deep, event or construction cleaning: $60 / cleaner-hour

2 labor-hour minimum: $100 routine / $120 heavier work. One cleaner for two hours = two labor-hours.

Example: 2 cleaners × 2 hours × $50 = $200.

What affects the final quote?

Size, condition, frequency, access, and the agreed scope determine the final written quote. Rates are per visit, event, or phase, rather than monthly. Mold, biohazards, pet waste, and heavy debris are excluded from routine pricing. Carpet extraction, high/exterior glass, pressure washing, and specialty work are not included. Confirm any available extras in your written quote.

How do you price a cleaning?

Our sample price guide provides hourly, room, apartment-package, and square-foot starting points. Your quote uses one method for the agreed scope, plus agreed add-ons. Size, condition, access, and frequency affect the final quote.

What days do you work?

We accept cleaning jobs Monday through Saturday and are happy to work after hours by arrangement. We are closed Sundays. We’ll confirm access, timing, and availability when scheduling your service.

Are you licensed, insured, and ready for our site?

Yes. Palmetto Heritage Facilities Group LLC holds a Richland County business license for janitorial services and commercial general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request. Additional service scopes and any property-specific vendor or training requirements are reviewed before work is accepted.

What needs a separate scope?

Excessive buildup, heavy debris, carpet extraction, and high or exterior windows need separate discussion. Mold, biohazards, and pet waste are outside routine cleaning. Tell us about special conditions before scheduling so we can clarify what’s available.
